This totally renovated studio apartment has fantastic views over the vineyards of Cairanne, and towards the old village itself perched on a rock surrounded by its 18th century walls.
The studio forms part of the owner’s house, but is well separated to give total privacy, with its own large terrace, parking area etc.
Accommodation:
Comfortable bedroom area, with large double bed, ensuite shower room, wc etc. separated from the main sitting area by a low wall.
The sitting room has a 3-seater sofa (converts to double bed), where you can look out over the terrace and garden towards the village.
Very well equipped fitted kitchen with cooker,oven,fridge/freezer. The studio has satellite TV, dvd, cd,wifi – washing machine available.
Outside is the private terrace, with olive tree, pots of fresh herbs, fruit trees and a lovely old plane tree for shady dining.
Table,chairs,loungers,parasols,BBQ etc. complete the comfortable outside space, and there is also a hammock for total relaxation!
From the front door, you can walk to Cairanne village – with grocer,Post office, tabac, tourist office,baker, and excellent winebar/restaurant. Alternatively, you can go for long walks through the vines, cycle or horseride in the surrounding countryside with views towards Mt. Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and of course the vineyards.
